Elite Trader Options Forum
One of the most active forums on the net, Elite Trader has over 35,000 members and the discussions are very active. One of the benefits of ET is that the forums are heavily monitored, so spam is kept extremely low. There are some great reviews on the site regarding software and brokers to help you make the right decision getting started.

The Chartist
This site is run by an Aussie trader - Nick Radge. As a CTA, Nick ran a large fund for many years and is a regular on the public speaking circuit. He provides private trading coaching if you're ever down under and is also very active on his own forum. He is actually a really nice guy who is well respected in the industry. Nick has also written a book called Every Day Traders, and signed every copy of his book when first published - I was lucky enough to grab one of those.

Trader Club
Run by another CTA - Chuck Le Beau, the Trader Club has some very interesting discussions, particularly on system trading and using Trade Station. Chuck has also developed a handful of trading systems that he has for sale on his site for $250 each. One to check out are the Bulletins - they have a lot of good information if you're looking to build your own trading system with technical analysis. Or, you might also want to check out Chuck's book that he co wrote with David Lucas - Technical Traders Guide to Computer Analysis of the Futures Markets
